The Bacchus Wine Tour is an original, playful and œnologic walk in the city of Bordeaux.
In a 3 hours tour, let's discover the principal districts of the city, and the wine universe thanks to several « Wine tasting stops». The history of the beautiful city of Bordeaux will be presented to you, enhanced with anecdotes and secrets. From the Place des Quinconces, to Quartier des Chartrons, including Place Pey Berland and the docks, the tour will be punctuated by four wine tastings in several shops and a wine tasting initiation. You will taste :
- The freshness of white wine from the Entre-deux-Mers,
- The elegance of red wine from Saint-Emilion,
- The structure of red wine from Medoc,
- The greediness of sweet wine from Sauternes.
Four beautiful and famous appellations! These tastings takes place in cellars and old « brasseries » from Bordeaux. A tasting of Cannelé, Bordeaux typical greed, will be proposed to you, in front of Miroir d’Eau and Place de la Bourse, important emblems…… others suprises are waiting for you :-)!
